1954 FEB 20 - Eisenhower has a ‘First Contact’and meeting with extraterrestrials

On February 20, 1954 President Eisenhower has a ‘First Contact’ meeting with Nordic extraterrestrials at what is now titled Edwards Air Force base in California. Participants that attended were part of a study to research what reaction the public may have and that Eisenhower had planned to make an announcement soon after the First Contact event. The public announcement which was scheduled for May that year never occurred as intense disagreements arose as to how to handle the matter.

In the meeting with extraterrestrials it seems they first met with an highly advanced Nordic type race, this alien group warned us against the Reptilian/Gray extraterrestrials and their German allies that were orbiting the equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They warned that we were on a path of self-destruction and we must stop killing each other, stop polluting the Earth, stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in harmony. They asked us to dismantle our nuclear weapons, this was refused since they offered no advanced technology in exchange, this they said was because we are not spiritually advanced enough not to misuse it. So no agreement was made.

Present at his meeting was Cardinal Francis MacIntyre representing the Catholic Church at the first official meeting with human Nordic looking extraterrestrials [called “Etherians” at the time] that occurred at Edwards Air Force Base in California.

Although all members of this meeting were sworn to secrecy. After that incredible event McIntyre flew to Rome to refer everything he experienced to Pope Pius XII who decided to found the Vatican Intelligence Agency named S.I.V. code (Servizio Informazioni del Vaticano), with the aim to get every possible information about Aliens and how they interacted with the American Government. There has been an ongoing role of the Catholic Church with the US Goverment in regards to the extraterrestrial presence. Ref

Later the Grey race from the star system Zeta Reticulum that was orbiting the Earth landed at Holloman Air Force Base New Mexico and was willing to give the generals technology in a exchange treaty.

The Grey alien race representatives said that they are of a dying race from the Reticulum Star System seeking to negotiate an exchange of their superior technology for human genetic material needed to revive their own faltering species.

Realizing his obvious disadvantage, the President reluctantly negotiated a covert treaty with these creatures– without advise or consent from the Congress or the public at large. For technology exchange, the deal provided a top secret operations facility at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada otherwise known as the Area 51 S-4 facility as well as another undisclosed area in the Southwest–presumably underground near Dulce, New Mexico. In trade, these aliens were granted covert random access to the American population for genetic sampling. Individuals selected would not be harmed or retain conscious memory of harvesting procedures. And a full list of human harvest ‘contributors’ would be provided to government authorities.

The 1954 Grenada Treaty which was a technology transfer program. As it turns out the Nordic race was correct that the Grey race couldn't be trusted to fully keep their side of the agreement.  At this time there was only 4 races they were dealing with, since then in 1989 over 57 different species of ETs have been known to be cataloged.

By 1955 Eisenhower realized the treaty was a deception. Mutilated animals were found across the United States. It was feared that lists of human abductees were incomplete. Obviously public disclosure was an untenable option, likely precipitating a national panic and economic collapse. In turn, disclosure to Congress was impossible as well. Thus, monies for the enormously expensive alien-related defense projects had to come from concealed sources.

Considering this impasse, MJ-12 in concert with the CIA, devised a ‘black-ops’, illegal-drug pipeline into America via offshore Texas oil-rigs provided by Zapata Oil Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer, George Herbert Walker Bush. This covert project was so successful it spurred Bush’s rise up the ranks of the CIA

1954 - President Eisenhower assigns Nelson Rockefeller to restructure MJ-12 operations

Nelson Rockefeller (Knight of Malta), third son of American oil magnate John Rockefeller, was tasked by Eisenhower with restructuring the U.S. government. Among the things Rockefeller restructured was how to reorganize the national security apparatus to accommodate the activities and goals of MJ-12. In working with the CIA’s “Black Operations ,” Rockefeller found a suitable vehicle through which the Majestic 12 (MJ-12) Group could conduct its business in complete secrecy. This autonomy from our legal government required removing it from direct oversight by the office of the President in order to accomplish this.

1955 FEB 11 - President Eisenhower negotiates agreement with Tall Whites at Holloman Air Force Base
On February 11th 1955, a meeting occurred at Holloman Air Force Base, where President Eisenhower secretly negotiated an agreement with a group of Nazi linked extraterrestrials, called the “Tall Grays.” As stated by a number of whistleblowers, the USAF worked directly with extraterrestrials and Nazis behind the 1955 agreement to develop squadrons of antigravity spacecraft, in the 1960’s and 1970’s, for a USAF run secret space program. Robert Dean, a former intelligence officer, described the appearance of the Nordic aliens as humanoids with Nordic features, and the Greys as tall humanoids up to 9 feet tall with pale white skin, large eyes, large head, and spindly limbs.

Holloman Air Force Base New Mexico

The federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, in exchange for advanced technology from the aliens we would allow them to abduct a very small number of persons and we would periodically be given a list of those persons abducted. We got something less than the technology we bargained for and found the abductions exceeded by a million fold than what we had naively agreed to.

This agreement appears to be backed by USAF witness Charles Hall who was stationed at the Nellis Air Force Base’s Indian Springs facility, where he claims he frequently witnessed extraterrestrials called the “Tall Whites” (aka Tall Grays) regularly meeting with senior military leaders. A secret underground base was built at Indian Springs to house the extraterrestrials and their advanced interstellar ships. The cooperation between the USAF and Grays, and other Reptilian allied extraterrestrials, extends to this day.

According to witness USAF medic, Bill Kirklin, who from March 1, 1954 until August 5, 1955 was stationed at the Holloman Air Force base hospital. He claims he received prior notification of an impending visit by Eisenhower in February 1955. Eisenhower flew from Georgia to New Mexico over 2000 miles away with a cover story of his 36 hour absense attributed to a case of the "sniffles". Kirklin claims he heard a number of people commenting on the flying saucers that had arrived at Holloman AFB during Eisenhower's visit. One of his colleague, Dorsey, who told him:

“Kirklin, did you see the disc hovering over the flight line?"
“No.” I am thinking something small you hold in your hand like a discus as the only craft I knew capable of hovering were the choppers and the Navy's hovercraft. There weren't that many helicopters around Holloman. "What's it made of?" I am thinking of a wooden disc with a steel edge. "Looks like polished stainless steel or aluminum. You know just bright metallic and shiny."
I asked, "How big is it?"
"Twenty to Thirty feet in diameter. Do you want to see it?"
"Sure. But with my luck it wouldn't be there."
Dorsey replied. “It was there when I took my wife to the Commissary and it was there when we got out thirty minutes later. Go out to the front of the hospital and take a look.”

Later Kirklin went to the mess hall, and says he overheard the following conversation:

On the way back I followed two pilots. The one on the left was in Khakis, the one on the right in winter Blues. I followed them and listened to their conversation.
Left: " Why the Blues?"
Right: "I'm the Officer of the Day, I was at Base Ops when Air Force 1 came in. Did you see it?"
L. "Yes. It's a big bird isn't it?"
R "Yes. They landed and turned around and stayed on the active runway. We turned off the RADAR and waited."
L. "Why did you turn off the RADAR?"
R. "Because we were told to. I think the one at Roswell that came down was hit by Doppler Radar. It was one of the first installations to have it in the U.S. Anyway, they came in low over the mountains, across the Proving Grounds.
Interrupted by L. " I heard there were three and one landed at the Monument."
R "One might have stayed at the Monument. I didn't see it. I only saw two. One hovered overhead like it was protecting the other one. The other one landed on the active [runway] in front of his plane. He got out of his plane and went towards it. A door opened and he went inside for forty or forty-five minutes."
L. "Could you see? Were they Grays?"
R. "1 don't know. They might have been. I couldn't see them. I didn't have binoculars.” …
L. "Do you think these were the same ones that were in Palmdale last year?"
R. "They might have been." …
R. "It might have been. I just don't know."
L. "Did you see them when he came out?"
R. "No. They stayed inside. He shook hands with them and went back to his plane."

Importantly, these pilots reveal that Eisenhower disembarked from Air Force One and met with the occupants of the flying saucer that landed at the end of the flight line for at least 45 minutes.

According to astronaut Clark McClelland who was told by German paperclip scientist Dr. Ernst Steinhoff about the Holloman incident who was there at that time:

"It was a German Flying Saucer that he [Steinhoff] and others saw at this base. President Eisenhower, being from German heritage realized that when he was met by a German officer as he boarded that Saucer. The President then realized why none came forth to greet him as he entered that German advanced flying machine."

McClelland also points out the connection between the craft that landed at Holloman, and those that overflew Washington, DC in July 1952:

"I recall something I heard Dr. Kurt Debus say to Dr. Knoth, the Senior Scientist at KSC [Kennedy Space Center], as I entered his office one day. He was speaking of a V-7 craft and my entrance startled both of them. I apologized for walking in on them. Dr. Debus said it was “OK, Clark” to me. Later, I discovered through another German Scientist that the V-7 was the code name for a German Saucer shaped craft that was developed below the South Pole Ice Cap. The same type that overflew Washington, DC and startled President Truman and the Pentagon Chiefs in 1952."

The Silent Coup of the United States
During the 1950’s, and thereafter, they had successfully infiltrated and subverted the Military Industrial Complex and major Corporate Heads; they had effectively won control of the direction of not only the Break Away Civilization Programs, but also the mainstream government and financial system. It was a very effective and silent coup that gutted what was once the American Republic and turned it too into a Corporate Entity with each of us being “Assets” with our very own serial numbers. This plan was in action far before World War I by various secret societies who controlled the financial system, and as many know, financed both sides of the wars.

When both Truman and Eisenhower signed treaties with the NAZI Break Away Civilization/Societies, it was then that the already well placed Operation Paperclip Operatives (in Military, Corporate Industry, Intelligence and established Secret and Public Space Programs) easily slid into more powerful and influential positions over the massive industrial complex of the USA that they coveted to expand their operations in space…. Neogtiation of a Surrender to the Nazis

In an interview with Dr. Michael Salla, Tompkins confirms it was an Antarctica based Nazi spacecraft that met with President Eisenhower at Holloman AFB who essentially accepted defeat, as there was really nothing he could do about it, so they negotiated a surrender.

Slave labor begins for the military industrial complex and German/Nazi space program
After agreements were reached in 1955, the US military industrial complex began assisting the German/Nazi space program by providing it with resources, and most importantly, personnel. This led to a rapid increase in the use of slave labor by the Dark Fleet, which coordinated closely with its Reptilian allies.

Hans Kammler demonstrated during World War II that secrecy was best maintained using slave labor, rather than indigenous German workers. Therefore, in the joint Antarctic projects the use of slave labor, rather than American workers, was very likely a “policy requirement” imposed upon U.S. defense contractors. Acceptance of the Germans’ previously established practice of slave labor and human experimentation was the price to be paid for full collaboration in projects that were deemed essential to the development of future U.S. space programs.

  W.Tompkins says: The Germans were totally more advanced and capable of learning how to operate these vehicles and go out in space with the Reptilian naval groups and operate with them in the galaxy, essentially doing what Germany was going to do to this planet, which was essentially to take out the people they didn't want on the planet and make the rest of them their slaves.

The Secret Earth Governments and their Syndicates discovered that a large amount of humans were being taken off the planet by various ET’s anyway so they decided to find a way to profit from it and have control over which people were being taken. 1955 FEB - Eisenhower's Secret Executive Memorandum NSC 5510 creates new members of permanent MJ-12 committee
Nelson Rockefeller initially funded Eisenhower’s presidential campaign and when in office Eisenhower executed a secret Executive Memorandum NSC 5510, preceding NSC 5412/1 to establish a permanent committee to be known as Majesty Twelve (MJ-12) to oversee and conduct all covert UFO/ET activities. Ref

The new "permanent Majestic Twelve (MJ-12) was made up of Nelson Rockefeller (Knight of Malta), Director of Central Intelligence Allen Welsh Dulles (MJ-1) (33° Freemason), Secretary of State John Foster Dulles (33° Freemason), Secretary of Defense Charles E. Wilson, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Arthur W. Radford, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation J. Edgar Hoover (33° Freemason)(Knight of Malta), six men from the executive committee of the Council on Foreign Relations known as the "Wise Men," six men from the executive committee of the JASON Group, and Dr. Edward Teller.

1955 - UFO/ET operations moved from Wright-Patterson AFB to Area 51 and S-4
Originally Wright-Patterson AFB was reverse engineering Nazi technologies as well as extraterrestrial. In order to be completely out of government oversight, all operations were handed over and signed off by Eisenhower to the CIA in 1955 and moved to the Nevada Testing facility called Area 51. Secruity was maintained by the CIA as to who was given access. MJ-12 would use S-4 has its base of operations dealing with the extraterrestrial reverse engineering and use the CIA as its proxy for controlling the facility.

The construction of Area 51 began in 1955 under the authority of the Central Intelligence Agency, The construction of the S-4 facility at Area 51 in the mid-1950s led to a number of the flying saucers, both Vril/ Nazi and non-terrestrial, being transferred there from Dayton’s Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The primary goal of the classified S-4 facility was to study and reverse engineer captured Vril and Nazi flying saucers, along with extraterrestrial spacecraft.

CIA Operative Stein/Kewper, who said that he also witnessed three extraterrestrial flying saucers at the facility, purported to have been recovered from New Mexico:

Bob Lazar, who claims that he briefly worked at the S-4 facility in 1989. He says that he saw nine flying saucer craft, and was asked to work on one that used anti-matter as part of its propulsion system. Lazar was officially paid by a covert branch of the U.S. Navy, thereby helping confirm that the Navy was directly involved in the reverse engineering attempts to study alien technologies. The S-4 facility was described as “the museum” suggesting it was designed to store advanced flying saucer technologies that had been superseded.

The antigravity principles developed for the operational Vril Society and Nazi SS flying saucers were based on electrogravitics and high frequency rotating plasma circuits. This led to the development of electrogravitic propulsion used for the amazing hypersonic atmospheric speeds achieved by the Nazis.

Prior to the creation of S-4, the study and reverse engineering of extraterrestrial and related technologies was done at classified US Air Force and US Navy facilities; such as Wright Patterson Air Force Base and China Lake Naval Facility. The creation of S-4 changed that.

By 1958, S-4 accommodated four captured Nazi flying saucers along with three extraterrestrial spacecraft.

A former CIA agent who used pseudonyms such as ‘Stein’, ‘Kewper’ and ‘anonymous’ came forward to reveal that he “saw information that some Vril craft went back to the early 1920’s!”

Stein/ Kewper says that during a tour of the highly classified S-4 facility at Area 51 in 1958, where he was accompanied by his CIA superior and three other CIA agents, he saw four Nazi flying saucer saucers, two of which were Vril craft:

"At Area 51, the first two craft we saw looked almost identical. They were smaller, not nearly as big as one in the back. Col. Jim mentioned that those two were ‘Vril craft.’ We asked him what ‘Vril’ was. The Col. said it was a foreign saucer built in Germany in the 1920s and 1930s."

"The disc on the very end was a huge one and Col. Jim said that was a German WWII craft built in 1938 and was jacked up higher on stands because it had a gun emplacement underneath, which he said the Germans called a ‘death ray.’ It was a different shape than the other [two smaller Vril] craft, was dark in color and had a larger top that stood up probably 10 or 12 feet above the saucer. That one had a diameter of about 50 or 60 feet."

Note that this is consistent with Goode’s claim that the first flying saucer prototypes were developed by Maria Orsic and the Vril Society, according to briefings he read during his covert space program service.

Stein/ Kewper said that he had witnessed four Vril and Nazi craft that dated back as early as the 1920s while touring the highly classified S-4 facility at Area 51 in 1958. After seeing the Nazi craft he says that his CIA superior, Anthony Bardon, told him:
"I never expected to see this! I expected to see more on aliens, but I never expected to see that WWII had so much to do with German technology. And when we saw the two saucer craft at Area 51, Anthony looked at me then and said, ‘Vril craft!’ The third big one with the gun on the bottom Col. Jim also said was a ‘Vril craft.’"

Stein/ Kewper’s testimony confirms that Operation Paperclip had located and repatriated four Nazi flying saucer craft. The first two were early Vril Society prototypes. The larger two were undoubtedly a result of Himmler’s and Kammler’s failed efforts to weaponize flying saucers for the war effort. The initial location where the Vril and Nazi flying saucers were taken is very likely the US Army Air Force (USAF) facilities at Dayton, Ohio; the same location where the flying saucer remains of the July 1947 Roswell crash were later taken.

Eisenhower begins to realize that the autonomy given to MJ-12 / CIA from our legal government oversight was a mistake

The CIA was acting under the direct authority of the MJ-12 Group that was effectively taking President Eisenhower and the U.S. military out of the loop with regard to extraterrestrial related projects and the emerging corporate run space program. The President would authorize a military invasion of Area 51 and S-4 if his request for information was not carried out.

"We called the people in from MJ-12, from Area 51 and S-4, but they told us that the government had no jurisdiction over what they were doing…. I want you and your boss to fly out there. I want you to give them a personal message…. I want you to tell them, whoever is in charge, I want you to tell them that they have this coming week to get into Washington and to report to me. And if they don’t, I’m going to get the First Army from Colorado. We are going to go over and take the base over. I don’t care what kind of classified material you got. We are going to rip this thing apart."

Eisenhower’s decision to approach the CIA for information about what was happening at S-4 is very revealing. It shows that the most secretive information concerning flying saucer technologies and extraterrestrial life was no longer under direct Presidential oversight, as it had been during the Truman administration.

The decision to give control over security for Area 51 facilities to the CIA, rather than any of the military services, had quickly turned into a tragic mistake by Eisenhower. This, together with the reorganization of government recommended by Nelson Rockefeller, gave the MJ-12 Group the institutional means to create its own secret space program outside of Presidential and U.S. military control.

 

1956 - Operation Deep Freeze

Major U.S. Corporate Contractors Begin Operations in Antarctica Soon after Operation Deep Freeze established the first permanent bases in early 1956, the US Navy took on the role of providing logistical support for the entire U.S. Antarctic program. Two years later, the National Science Foundation (NSF) started to award contracts to private companies in support of science and non-military projects at Antarctica’s new U.S. stations. In 1958, the NSF began running the U.S. Antarctic program, which was the umbrella for all scientific and exploratory research on the continent.

ITT was among the first companies funded by the NSF and it established a subsidiary in 1958, ITT Antarctic Services. Based out of Colorado Springs, it was ideally located to work on Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs) that were part of the US Air Force’s evolving space program. that ITT was one of the U.S. companies that worked closely with Nazi Germany, and had established telecommunication and manufacturing subsidiaries and partnerships prior to and during WWII. Given the early establishment of ITT Antarctic Services, there is good reason to believe that as a result of the 1955 agreement between the Fourth Reich and the Eisenhower Administration, ITT quickly resumed work with its former German corporate subsidiaries and partners that were secretly operating in Antarctica. It is important to understand how the Germans handed over the lion’s share of responsibility for researching the ancient artifacts discovered in Antarctica to the U.S. military-industrial complex. This occurred after agreements had finally been reached with the Eisenhower administration.

Unacknowledged SAPs (Special Access Programs) require a significantly greater degree of protection than acknowledged SAPs... All aspects (e.g., technical, operational, logistical, etc.) are handled in an unacknowledged manner.

With the creation of Unacknowledged Special Access Programs the MJ-12 and the CIA have been able to effectively utilize our National Security system so that our legal government has no longer any control or congressional oversight. The corporations which formed highly compartmentalized operations, involved with the reverse engineering of the ETVs (extraterrestrial vehicles) utilized our National Security system to classify these projects as USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs). Unacknowledged means that regardless of your security clearance and whether you are the President, head of Joint Chiefs of Staff intelligence or the Director of the CIA you are lied to regarding the project's existence.

These industry standard security procedures by the DoD are outlined in the “National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.” Here is how the 1997 U.S. Senate Report summarizes the situation: Industrial contractors performing classified contracts are governed by the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), created in 1993 by Executive Order 12829 to “serve as a single, integrated, cohesive industrial security program to protect classified information.” A Supplement to the NISP operating manual (NISPOM) was issued in February 1995 with a “menu of options” from which government program managers can select when establishing standards for contractors involved with special access programs.

1957 - Witness Astronaut Gordon Cooper at Edwards AFB in California encounters alien craft

Astronaut Gordon Cooper (33° Freemason) stated that... “I had a camera crew filming the installation when they spotted a saucer. They filmed it as it flew overhead, then hovered, extended three legs as landing gear, and slowly came down to land on a dry lake bed! The film was confiscated by the CIA.   Gordon also spoke about the secrecy.

According to Disclosure witness Donna Hare of NASA, who testified at the National Press Club in 2001 regarding NASA airbrushing the UFOs out of photos before releasing them to the public. She was told that the Apollo the astronauts saw a craft (UFO) when they landed on the moon and that the astronauts are told to keep this quiet, they are not allowed to talk about it.

We have astronauts Gordon Cooper and Edgar Mitchell, which both happen to be to be thankful for the courage of their testimonies in attempting to alert the public.

Her testimony also reveals the hidden structure of how within government agencies (i.e. NASA CIA NSA NRO DIA etc.) there is those in the inner circle of knowing the hidden agenda and then there are many employees that have no access and no idea about these secret operations going on, as she stated that...

1957 - Colonel Philip J. Corso has an encounter with an extraterrestrial at White Sands

Colonel Phillip J. Corso was involved as a liaison between the corporation's compartmented operations that were reverse engineering and disseminating some technology out to the public sector.

In 1957 Colonel Corso was at White Sands Missile Base in New Mexico. He encountered a disc and a being in the desert. It was sitting there in the desert and it was sort of phasing in and out of his field of vision, since these crafts can be multi-dimensional and can move outside of our vision’s visible light spectrum.

He was very shocked, and as he looked at this being, the being contacted him telepathically. The being asked him if he could go back to the central operations base at White Sands and turn off the radar. As this was one of the reasons why the discs crashed in the late 1940s and early 1950s was because of the high-powered radar that was being used.

So this little ET asked Philip Corso to turn off the radar so that he could get out of here and go. And Philip Corso asked the question:

1957 MAR 16 - Valiant Thor arrives in a spaceship from Venus to meet President Eisenhower

This event occurred according to Dr. Frank Stranges, the author of “Stranger at the Pentagon” who was a federal marshal and chaplain who had top-secret security clearance at the Pentagon. Stranges’ account was backed up by Harley Byrd, the nephew of Admiral Richard E. Byrd, who worked for the Department of Defense from 1957 to 1963 and was assigned to Project Blue Book.

At 8 am that day Valiant Thor's ship landed in Alexandria, Virginia in an agricultural field. The police took Valiant Thor to the Pentagon where he met with the secretary of defense, and later with Eisenhower, Nixon, and all the joint chiefs. Valiant Thor remained in the United States for three years. According to the book he had been sent to Earth by the High Council to intervene on behalf of the intergalactic community. They were worried with our nuclear capabilities and how nuclear warfare could lead to the obliteration of the human race.

The purpose of Valiant Thor’s visit was to help the earth’s family to lead lives based on spiritual principles which ensure wholesome progress in all fields of endeavour including health, economics, scientific and technological advancement, justice, education and governance. This aid was refused by the American government due to economic interests that would be jeopardized, such as the pharmaceutical and energy industries.

Members of President Eisenhower’s family, including his great granddaughter, Laura Eisenhower, insist the story is true. This same story was told by the late Phil Schneider son of Oscar Schneider, a geologist and engineer who said he had level-1 security clearance in secret government projects, where he helped build underground military bases. Schmidt claimed that on November 5, 1957 to have spoken for about 30 minutes to the crew of a large silver cigar-shaped UFO that had allegedly landed near Kearney on the Nebraska prairie to make repairs. In an available one-hour-and-a-half tape-recorded interview Schmidt stated the crew was composed of “four men and two ladies.” They all spoke to him “in American language with a German German accent,” but at times he seemed to him that he could hear them talking among themselves in “high German language, very good high German.”.

1958 - President Eisenhower threatens to invade Area 51 if MJ-12 does not allow him access

President Eisenhower quickly grew frustrated over his lack of knowledge over what was happening at S-4. President Eisenhower sought to gain information from the MJ-12 control group about alien related projects at the S-4 facility. When denied the requested information, Eisenhower allegedly authorized a personal message that two CIA agents would deliver to those in charge at Area 51 and S-4. The message was a direct threat that the President would authorize a military invasion of Area 51 and S-4 if his request for information was not carried out.

The CIA operative Stein/Kewper sent on this mission by Eisenhower to Area 51, testified on March 5, 2013 in a VIDEO INTERVIEW done by Richard Dolan. The former CIA agent was aged 77 at the time of his video recording and suffering from acute kidney problems. He allegedly had only several months to live.

In 1958, he and his boss were summoned by President Eisenhower to the Oval Office. The President, who was accompanied by Vice-President Nixon, told the agent and his boss that he was trying to get information about extraterrestrial life and technology. The agent testified that President Eisenhower told them:

“MJ-12 was supposed to find out, but they never sent reports to him.”

President Eisenhower said:

After traveling to Area 51 and S-4, the CIA agent said that he saw several garage type doors with flying saucers in them. He described seeing a Gray alien at the S-4 facility that his boss “partially interviewed”. Upon returning to the White House, the agent and his boss relayed what they had seen at S-4.

Significantly, the FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover (33° Freemason), was also present during the debriefing. According to the CIA agent, Eisenhower was shocked from what he had learned. Basically, in the three years since Eisenhower had authorized the transfer of Area 51 from the Atomic Energy Commission to the CIA, the latter had built a highly classified facility there to house UFO/ extraterrestrial related projects. Various corporations such as Lockheed would be involved in the highly classified reverse engineering projects that would be conducted at S-4. While the CIA provided the funding, security and institutional support for S-4 projects, it was MJ-12 that was ultimately in charge of the projects at S-4. Yet MJ-12 was not cooperating in sharing information with the President.

The Corporations involved in these black projects seized control of technologies that could have ended the energy crisis for everyone and further environmental damage to our planet.

And that's one of the things that Tompkins says, that the military-industrial complex – various companies and various military organizations – found themselves almost in a kind of proxy war between these different extraterrestrial factions: the Nazi Reptilian group that were trying to infiltrate and take over the U.S. military-industrial complex, and then another group, the Nordic extraterrestrials, who identified the Navy as really being the one U.S. institution that was kind of much more aligned, or supportive, of U.S. constitutional values.

We also saw craft come into the Antarctica region from outer space via radar we shared with the British down in the Falkland Islands in the South Atlantic Ocean east of Argentina…. In 1959 to 1960, our unit was separating alien craft from the known German craft by the appearance of the craft. We always found the German craft to be much slower in speed than the alien craft. Retired Major Donald E. Keyhoe, Director of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP), writes to former President Harry Truman about UFOs and argues that there is a UFO cover-up and press censorship. Saying "There is a mass of evidence supporting our claims as to UFO reality and official censorship," and "As Admiral Hillenkoetter told me some time ago, the only way to break the secrecy is by means of open hearings on Capitol Hill." 1959 JUN 8 - Project Horizon - A Study for the Establishment of a Lunar Military Outpost.
Project Horizon was a study to determine the feasibility of constructing a Military base on the Moon. On 8 June, 1959, a group at the Army Ballistic Missile Agency (ABMA) produced for the U.S. Department of the Army a report entitled Project Horizon, A U.S. Army Study for the Establishment of a Lunar Military Outpost. Some reasons cited were military and scientific advantages over other nations.

Both of these men originally earned their stature in the field of rocket design by building ballistic missiles for Germany’s Third Reich, during World War II. However both of these men modestly admitted the spectacular success of their technical efforts was not theirs alone to claim–They had ‘special’ assistance…

Dr. Oberth cryptically stated, “We cannot take the credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone; we have been helped.” When asked by whom, he replied; “The people of other worlds.”

Dr. Von Braun, candidly revealed his knowledge of extra-terrestrials in 1959 by stating… “We find ourselves faced by powers which are far stronger than hitherto assumed, and whose base is at present unknown to us. More I cannot say at present. We are now engaged in entering into closer contact with those powers, and within six or nine months time it may be possible to speak with more precision on the matter.”

These statements tend to support that the Nazis did have a technology exchange program with extraterrestrials back in 1933, as was revealed in the survey of extremely advanced technologies in 1945 after the war of in occupied Germany.

1959 DEC 1 - The Antarctic Treaty is signed

The main purpose of the Antarctic Treaty, which was signed in Washington on December 1, 1959, is to ensure "in the interest of all mankind that Antarctica shall continue for ever to be used exclusively for peaceful purposes and shall not become the scene or object of international discord." The total number of Parties to the Treaty is now 53. The Antarctic Treaty, the earliest of the post-World War II arms limitation agreements, has significance both in itself and as a precedent. It demilitarized the Antarctic Continent and provided for its cooperative exploration and future use. The treaty provides that Antarctica shall be used for peaceful purposes only. It specifically prohibits "any measures of a military nature, such as the establishment of military bases and fortifications, the carrying out of military maneuvers, as well as the testing of any type of weapons." Illegal Unacknowledged Special Access Programs in violation of the Antarctic Treaty

On June 23, 1961, the Antarctic Treaty went into force after being ratified by its 12 original signatory nations: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Chile, France, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

However, at the core of the Antarctica Treaty a major lie was hidden, known only to a few of its major signatories. While the signatory nations pledged to maintain Antarctica as a demilitarized zone dedicated to peaceful development and scientific exploration, already present deep inside the continent’s interior resided a flourishing German space program that stood in violation of all the key elements of the Antarctic Treaty. Major military installations were built in Antarctica by the German space program during World War II, and advanced weapons research has continued at a vigorous pace since the war’s end, deep below the ice shelf unknown to the world public.

After the February 11, 1955 treaty with the Eisenhower administration with the Nazi/Draco alliance working with the U.S. military-industrial complex, U.S. and European corporate contractors that conducted operations at the German Antarctic facilities were able to pursue advanced military research in ways that were unfettered by Antarctic Treaty provisions. Essentially, while signatory nations would build bases on the surface of Antarctica and commit themselves to the Antarctic Treaty articles, the German run space program would not be restrained by any of the Treaty’s provisions. As a non-signatory entity in Antarctica, which was ignored by Treaty signatories, the Fourth Reich was free to conduct advanced military-related research and development without troublesome observer inspections.

Most disturbing is the possibility that a number of these classified projects may be illegal under the Antarctic Treaty, as well as violating other international and domestic laws. This is certainly what SSPW William Tompkins and Corey Goode claim is occurring, with forced labor being used in hidden Antarctic bases long ago established by Nazi Germany. Therefore, ascertaining what companies are conducting activities in Antarctica will aid greatly in determining if USAPs are taking place there, and whether these programs are violating the Antarctic Treaty. While Antarctica is ostensibly a region governed by the Antarctic Treaty establishing a demilitarized zone for scientific exploration to benefit all humanity, it is in fact a heavily militarized territory conducting many illegal research and development programs involving captive humans. 1960 FEB 28 - President Eisenhower travels to Bariloche, a known Nazi hideout in Argentina

The stated purpose of this meeting was to sign the Declaration of San Carlos de Bariloche, a Joint Declaration by the President and President Frondizi of Argentina.

This charming mountain getaway gained infamy as a haven for fleeing Nazi war criminals. Bariloche was a popular destination for escaping Nazis. Mengele, Eichman and Klaus Barbie all lived there at some time. Erich Priebke, a captain in the Waffen SS lived in Bariloche for 50 years after the war. Hitler and Eva Braun escaped to Argentina in a submarine before setting up home in a remote hideaway 50 miles north of Bariloche in Villa la Angostura, a village on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Author Abel Basti claimed the Incalco Ranch, which is situated in this village, was the refuge chosen by Argentine Nazis to hide the couple. This location could only be reached by boat or hydroplane, and belonged to Argentine businessman Jorge Antonio, one of the most trusted friends of three-times president Juan Domingo Perón (33° Freemason). It is said that from this location the Fuhrer spent his time plotting the emergence of a Fourth Reich before dying at age 73 on 13 February 1962, two years after Eisenhower's visit.

On March 23, 2016 President Obama visited the southern Argentinian resort town of Bariloche, which is claimed to have been the secret hideaway of Adolf Hitler after World War II.  Bariloche became the unofficial capital of a breakaway German civilization based in Antarctica, and it is claimed that there is a hidden tunnel system from there to Antarctica. Also noteworthy, President Clinton visited Bariloche in October of 1997.

1961 JAN 17 - President Eisenhower's Farewell Warning Speech

Eisenhower tried to warn us about these 'unwarranted influences' within the military industrial complex.

As General Lovekin testified that Eisenhower whose executive order created the new MJ-12 group, lost control to the corporations, and knew as he put it, it was not going to be in the best hands, then gave the American citizens a warning in his last farewell speech, which would not be fully understood until many decades later...

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together."

Eisenhower was unable to change the situation. After the 1960 Presidential election, Eisenhower felt impelled to share his concerns in a general way with his farewell speech to the nation. It would be what he shared privately, however, with President-Elect Kennedy that would have the most dramatic effect on American history.

Eisenhower’s speech was a veiled warning about the sinister influence the Fourth Reich had achieved through its infiltration of the U.S. military-industrial complex, and the danger this posed to American liberties and the incoming Kennedy administration.

 

 

1961 JAN 19 - Eisenhower and Kennedy Private Meeting over the situation of MJ-12
Eisenhower and Kennedy had private discussions without their respective staffs Kennedy would learn directly from the former five-star general and two-term President, that the military-industrial complex had taken control over an issue so highly classified that relatively few people in the vast U.S. federal bureaucracy had the necessary security clearance to know about it. The general public, furthermore, did not even take the issue seriously. The issue concerned the UFO phenomenon; and the alleged advanced technologies that had been recovered from UFO crashes. These technologies were being secretly reverse engineered in secure military-corporate facilities . Also some of the extraterrestrial life forms piloting these craft had been retrieved alive and were being held in secure facilities. Most troubling to Eisenhower was that the secret committee (Majestic-12 Group) he helped set up to handle the UFO phenomenon, had basically cut him out of the loop.

The Office of the President, the head of the U.S. executive branch of government, was now out of the loop on an issue whose importance was more highly classified than the Hydrogen Bomb.

Kennedy was already aware of the reality of covert extratrestrial operations from his background in Naval Intelligence and his close association with MJ-12 member James Forrestal when he reviewed in Germany the Nazi technologies in 1945 and where he met with General Eisenhower originally.

This enabled Eisenhower to get Kennedy up to speed quickly on the nature of the problem involving Majestic 12 and the S-4 facility. Eisenhower would reveal details of the threat posed by the military-industrial complex to Kennedy, that Eisenhower could only generally describe in his farewell speech warning.

1961 JAN 20 - President Kennedy gives a speech in regards to peaceful cooperation and the concern of nuclear war

In his inaugural address on January 20, 1961, President Kennedy indirectly referred to President Eisenhower’s Farewell Address warning about the growing power of the military-industrial complex.

"Finally, to those nations who would make themselves our adversary, we offer not a pledge but a request : that both sides begin anew the quest for peace, before the dark powers of destruction unleashed by science engulf all humanity in planned or accidental self-destruction. We dare not tempt them with weakness. For only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed . But neither can two great and powerful groups of nations take comfort from our present course -- both sides overburdened by the cost of modern weapons, both rightly alarmed by the steady spread of the deadly atom, yet both racing to alter that uncertain balance of terror that stays the hand of mankind's final war…."

"Let both sides , for the first time, formulate serious and precise proposals for the inspection and control of arms , and bring the absolute power to destroy other nations under the absolute control of all nations. Let both sides seek to invoke the wonders of science instead of its terrors."

"Together let us explore the stars, conquer the deserts, eradicate disease, tap the ocean depths, and encourage the arts and commerce… And, if a beachhead of cooperation may push back the jungle of suspicion, let both sides join in creating a new endeavor -- not a new balance of power, but a new world of law -- where the strong are just, and the weak secure, and the peace preserved."

If cooperation with the Soviet Union were to be established in the international arena, then it would significantly reduce the power of the military-industrial complex. Cooperation with the Soviet Union would undercut the power of the secretive group that had gained exclusive control over the UFO issue, and were using extraterrestrial related technologies for weapons development.

His father Joseph Kennedy, had sympathies for Nazi Germany, connections with prominent Nazis such as Hermann Goring (leader of the Luftwaffe), and funding of the Nazi movement, together lead to a remarkable conclusion. Just as Joseph Kennedy had made a deal with the Italian Mafia to support his son’s 1960 election, he also reached a similar deal with the Fourth Reich! This would help explain why President Kennedy decided to keep Dulles, knowing full well about his connections to the Fourth Reich, and that he was also the head of the Majestic 12 (MJ-12) Special Studies Group – the secret committee appointed to steer U.S. policy on extraterrestrial life and the German Antarctic presence.

President Kennedy issued Executive Order 10920 that abolished the Operations Coordinating Board. This was the primary interagency organization responsible for Cold War psychological warfare activities. This was done to gain control over all covert activities related to psychological warfare which the CIA controlled.

I hope such exchanges might assist us in working out a responsible approach to our differences with the view to their ultimate resolution for the benefit of peace and security throughout the world. You may be sure, Mr Chairman, that I intend to do everything I can toward developing a more harmonious relationship between our two countries."

 

1961 APR 17 - Allen Dulles botches CIA Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba increasing tension between US/USSR
A covert operation manufactured by the CIA and its Director, Allen Dulles, involved an invasion of Cuba. It was badly executed and became known as the Bay of Pigs fiasco. The botched operation immediately led to tension between the Kennedy Administration and the Soviet Union. Kennedy was furious at Dulles. Dulles knew that his time as Director of the CIA was now limited. Dulles would in fact resign in November 1961; but not before he had secretly set in place a set of MJ-12 directives that would stymie President Kennedy’s efforts to learn more about the mysterious UFO phenomenon.

1961 APR 22 - Kennedy has meeting with Eisenhower at Camp David regarding the control of CIA and MJ-12 operations
Kennedy had another meeting with President Eisenhower, this time at Camp David, Maryland. High on the agenda was the way in which covert operations were being run by the CIA and the impact these were having on international affairs. The failed Cuba invasion was the tip of the iceberg. The CIA had to be reined in, but how to do it? At the same time, how could Kennedy find out about the MJ-12 secret operations concerning UFOs that he had partially learned about from his own wartime experiences, his time in Congress, and earlier meetings with Eisenhower.

1961 APR 27 - Kennedy gives a speech on the dangers of secrecy and about the infiltration of a ruthless conspiracy and the importance of the press to alert and inform the public

President John F. Kennedy knew of the infiltrated control elements and was planning to disclose it to the American people.  Kennedy gave a speech about being opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means through infiltration and the dangers of secrecy and the importance of media informing the public.

"The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it’s in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.

For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.

No President should fear public scrutiny of his program. For from that scrutiny comes understanding; and from that understanding comes support or opposition and both are necessary. I am not asking your newspapers to support the Administration, but I am asking your help in the tremendous task of informing and alerting the American people. For I have complete confidence in the response and dedication of our citizens whenever they are fully informed.

I not only could not stifle controversy among your readers--I welcome it. This Administration intends to be candid about its errors; for as a wise man once said: "An error does not become a mistake until you refuse to correct it." We intend to accept full responsibility for our errors and we expect you to point them out when we miss them.

Without debate, without criticism, no Administration and no country can succeed and no republic can survive. That is why the Athenian lawmaker Solon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy. And that is why our press was protected by the First Amendment-- the only business in America specifically protected by the Constitution--not primarily to amuse and entertain, not to emphasize the trivial and the sentimental, not to simply "give the public what it wants"--but to inform, to arouse, to reflect, to state our dangers and our opportunities, to indicate our crises and our choices, to lead, mold, educate and sometimes even anger public opinion.

1961 APR - NASA sponsored Brookings Report further supports denying UFO/ET evidence to the public

Commissioned by NASA “The Brookings Report” submitted to congress a report titled "The implications of a discovery of extraterrestrial life" where they essentially concluded in brief that:

1 Our current structure of society could disintegrate with new unfamiliar ideas about life
2 Long held and sanctioned Religious beliefs could be disrupted
3 That there would be nothing to learn from an advanced intelligent race
4 Advanced knowledge from ETs would ruin some of the long held theories of scientists

In conclusion it suggested to withhold the truth from the public

 

1961 MAY 12 - Nikita Khrushchev replies to Kennedy's letter and accepts invitation to meet
Nikita Khrushchev finally replied to Kennedy’s February 22nd letter, only weeks after the Bay of Pigs fiasco.

"We share the ideas expressed by you … concerning the necessity of avoiding dangerous complications which create a threat to peace and of ensuring peaceful coexistence and the peaceful development of our countries."

"Unfortunately, the international situation in connection with well-known events relating to Cuba has recently become somewhat heated and a definite public disagreement in the relations between our two countries has taken place…. We hope, however, that the differences which have recently arisen will be resolved in time, and that the relations between the Soviet Union and the United States will improve…"

"Your initiative with respect to such a meeting has found a favorable echo among us and we agree with you as to the usefulness of such an exchange of views. I confirm by this letter my acceptance of your proposal for the meeting. The time and place of the meeting as proposed are acceptable to me, namely June 3 or 4 in Vienna."

1961 - TOP SECRET MEMO MJ-12 ASSASSINATION DIRECTIVE
Drafted by MJ-1 CIA director Allen Dulles, This nine-page "burned" memo was retrieved from the fire by a counter intelligence agent Pages 1-2 Pages 3-9

CIA Director Dulles believed that the future of MJ-12 was at stake due to Kennedy’s initiatives.

This document is named the burned memo because it was snatched from a fire before being destroyed by a CIA counterintelligence officer who in his cover letter stated that Allen Welsh Dulles (AWD) was very fearful of disclosure.

This memo is from the Director of Central Intelligence who is Allen Dulles (Feb 26, 1953 – Nov 29, 1961 5th DCI) assigned in 1954 as (MJ-1) or head of MJ-12 and is addressing six other MJ-12 members in that he is concerned that if the activities of MJ-12 are exposed by JFK it would be the end of their group.

Of note is the statement "As you must know LANCER [code word for JFK] has made some inquiries regarding our activities which we cannot allow. Please submit your views no later than October. Your action to this matter is critical to the continuance of the group."

This power struggle is reflected in a leaked, partially burned, draft of a memorandum allegedly rescued from a fire burning the remainder of James Jesus Angleton’s (Knight of Malta) files after his death on May 12, 1987. Angleton was the CIA chief of counterintelligence, and was heavily involved in providing security for the MJ-12 Group.

CIA’s Counterintelligence Division was created to ensure MJ-12 operations continued in secrecy without any leaks. The CIA CI division was run by James Jesus Angleton from 1954 to 1975. Angleton was a protégé of then serving CIA Director Allen Dulles (1953-1961); who also headed MJ-12 at the time Area 51 became operational.

While Angleton was in the OSS, he was the man responsible for providing the Nazis with new identities before their departure from the detainment camps. Angleton worked directly for Allen Dulles.

On December 25, 1974 , Angleton’s retirement is announced to the CIA, and the news is quickly leaked to the press. Significantly, his successors soon began a process of burning Angleton’s vast file collection.

Angleton’s successors had actually burned 99 percent of his CI files. Apparently, Angleton’s files were so sensitive that it was far better to simply burn them. It is not surprising that after his death, Angleton’s private collection would meet the same fate as those left behind at the CIA after his retirement.

The CIA believed Angleton had in his possession a collection of very sensitive UFO related files that needed to be confidentially destroyed. However, a former CIA agent assigned this highly sensitive assignment, apparently did not agree and saved some of these files to be disclosed to the public.

The burned document contained a number of directives concerning how to control UFO information and ensure that it would not be shared with the “Chief Executive [President Kennedy), National Security Council Staff, department heads, the Joint Chiefs, and foreign representatives.”

 

PROJECT ENVIRONMENT - The Coded Assassination Directive

Allen Dulles secret directives proscribed Kennedy’s National Security team from gaining access to the most sensitive UFO files possessed by the CIA and MJ-12. Like Eisenhower before him, Kennedy’s administration would be denied direct access to the S-4 facility at Area 51. The most damming directive, drafted by Dulles and apparently approved by six other MJ-12 members is titled “Project Environment.” It is a cryptic assassination directive. In full, it states:

Dr. Robert Wood who is the foremost expert in analyzing MJ-12 documents using forensic methods, has concluded that the burned document is an assassination directive. In an interview discussing the burned document, he points out that the cryptic phrase “it should be wet” originates from Russia where the phrase “wet works” or “wet affairs” denotes someone who had been killed and is drenched with blood. The codeword “wet” was later adopted by the Soviet KGB and other intelligence agencies, according to Dr. Wood. The term “it should be wet” therefore is a coded command to kill someone. In drafting this cryptic directive, Allen Dulles was seeking approval from six of his MJ-12 colleagues, to justify the assassination of any elected or appointed official in Washington DC whose policies were “non-conducive for growth.” The cryptic directive is a pre-authorization to assassinate any U.S. President who could not “be influenced any further” to follow MJ-12 policies. The cryptic language of the directive insulated the MJ-12 Group in the case of a leak. Its real intent, however, would be clear to any seasoned covert operative. A CIA veteran like James Angleton would know its real meaning and what he was being asked to do once it had been entrusted to him. No American President would be allowed again to threaten MJ-12 operations as Eisenhower did back in 1958.

Dulles’ letter firmly suggests that MJ-12 had decided not to cooperate with Kennedy. Thus Kennedy’s efforts to incorporate MJ-12 psychological warfare activities under the direct control of his National Security Advisor had been dismissed.

The “Assassination Directive” in the burned memo is the key to unraveling ultimate responsibility for the Kennedy assassination.

It is well known that many people claim to have had ET abductions. Through hypnotic regression researchers such as Budd Hopkins, David M. Jacobs and John E. Mack, have found that thousands of individuals of all walks of life have had remarkably similar accounts of being taken on board a craft, many times floating through walls, ceilings and windows up into the craft, where they are being examined and sometime being implanted with small devices, which Dr. Roger Leir has found that unlike anything we have here on earth, these implants are embedded in proprioceptor nerve bundles and there is no immune or inflammatory response to the object unlike when the body rejects and scars around foreign objects. Many abductees describe sperm being collected from men, eggs and fetuses from women. Many female abductees reported having fertilized eggs inserted into them, while others who were already pregnant had their implanted embryo extracted. Some have also witnessed hybrid children with large eyes. It also appeared that abductees were targeted in their childhood and mined of genetic DNA and reproductive material throughout their lives, a phenomenon that appeared to run in families.

Hopkins speculated that there was something important to these beings about certain genetic DNA lines. Jacobs believes they are creating a human-alien hybrid species, and that these beings were in the process of changing themselves physically so that they could breathe on Earth. This is a key part of the hybridization process, he said. He also observed that they think much faster than humans do. During telepathic communication, he said, they need to slow down in order not to overwhelm us.

The Nazis had an extreme interest in genetic purity for creating the Aryan master race, and it is possible that the Greys advanced science of DNA genetics in their interest of creating a hybrid race, may have offered the Nazis advanced genetics technology for their goals with this exchange. Leaked documents and whistleblower testimonies indicate that President Kennedy traveled to remote military locations to view retrieved extraterrestrial vehicles and bodies. He also apparently received messages from and even met with human-looking extraterrestrials, and arranged for his brother Robert to receive multiple briefings about UFOs and extraterrestrial life from the head of the U.S. Army’s Research and Development Division, Lt. In a 1993 documentary, one of Monroe’s former lovers (and husband for a day) Robert Slatzer said that Monroe , two days before her death, told him: "If I don't hear from Bobby Kennedy before the end of the weekend, I'm going to call a press conference, and blow the lid off this whole _____ thing! … I'm going to tell about my relationship with both Kennedy brothers. Everybody has been calling, trying to get the story anyway---- Walter Winchell, Kilgallen. And it's clear to me now that the Kennedys got what they wanted out of me and then moved on."

According to Slatzer, Monroe also told Jeanne Carmen and Elizabeth Courtney that she was planning a press conference the following Monday, Aug. 6, 1962. Monroe planned to reveal secrets recorded in an alleged red diary.

Dr. Steven Greer claims the Monroe CIA Wiretap document came to him in 1994. According to Greer, it was “by way of a contact with access to NSA officials.”

Note that this document is signed by James Angleton (Knight of Malta), one of the main CIA counter-intelligence figures of the 1960s and fanatical "mole hunter" who ruthlessly tried to stop any leaks of sensitive intelligence.

An enhancement of the CIA wiretap document found an imprint of “Gen. Shulgen” next to the “Top Secret” stamp at the top of document.

Brigadier General George Shulgen was chief of the Air Intelligence Requirements Division of the U.S. Air Force. Even more intriguing is the imprint’s reference to a little known document known as the “Intelligence Collection Memorandum” that was drafted by Shulgen in October 1947 . The “Intelligence Collection Memorandum ” contains a list of the “intelligence requirements in the field of Flying Saucer type aircraft.” of another name that appeared on the Wiretap document. This involved the project Moon Dust Disclosure witness U.S. Army staff sergeant, Clifford Stone who claimed that during his entire 22 years military career, he served in an elite UFO crash recovery team that was part of Project Moon Dust.

Project Moon Dust has existed at least since 1953, for the purpose of recovering debris from fallen space vehicles, certainly to include UFO crash debris. An intriguing and problematical project line, certainly, to find on a CIA document about Marilyn Monroe.

All of these elements helps authenticate the CIA Monroe Wiretap.

Unknown to Bobby, one of the two agents accompanying him had been recruited by James Angleton’s counterintelligence team, who secretly administered a lethal dose of barbiturates to Monroe, thereby directly implicating Kennedy in her death. This allowed Angleton’s patrons to blackmail Bobby Kennedy, and ensure his future silence in case Angleton had to take action against his brother. Ref

 

TV celebrity columnist Dorothy Kilgallen mentioned in the CIA wiretap interviews Marilyn night before her death and then she also is later found dead

Marilyn Monroe was allegedly murdered because she was speaking too freely about UFOs. The night before her death she had spoken to the TV celebrity columnist Dorothy Kilgallen about the Roswell saucer crash of 1947.

"The real story of the biggest scoop of the century" never gets told
Kilgallen subsequently died on under mysterious circumstances. Historical researcher Jim Marrs explains: "Whatever information Kilgallen learned and from whatever source, many researchers believe it brought about her strange death. She told attorney Mark Lane: "They've killed the President, [and] the government is not prepared to tell us the truth . . . " and that she planned to "break the case." To other friends she said: "This has to be a conspiracy! . . . I'm going to break the real story and have the biggest scoop of the century." And in her last column item regarding the assassination, published on September 3, 1965, Kilgallen wrote: "This story isn't going to die as long as there's a real reporter alive — and there are a lot of them."

But on November 8, 1965, there was one less reporter. That day Dorothy Kilgallen was found dead in her home. It was initially reported that she died of a heart attack, but quickly this was changed to an overdose of alcohol and sleeping pills similar to the cause of Marilyn Monroe's death.

President Kennedy visits the grave of Secretary James Forrestal. The visit was highly significant. Why would a sitting President visit the grave of someone that had committed suicide, if we are to believe the official records?

Forrestal envisioned a world where humanity knew the truth. Humanity was not alone - we were being visited by advanced civilizations from other worlds. This was shared by Kennedy’s own intellectual belief about the importance of government transparency and opposition to secrecy.

Perhaps at his grave Kennedy was silently telling his old friend that he would use his authority as President to realize his friend’s vision – a world where the existence of extraterrestrial life would be common knowledge.

1963 SEP 20 - Kennedy initiates effort for a cooperative space effort with the Soviet Union and sharing of UFO files
President Kennedy launched a ground-breaking initiative to get the USSR and USA to cooperate in joint space and lunar missions .

Kennedy who will instruct the CIA to release classified UFO files to NASA as part of the cooperative space effort with the Soviet Union. If Kennedy had succeeded, there would have been a joint space missions to the moon and greater sharing of classified UFO files between the CIA, NASA, and the Kennedy administration. This effort would have ensured eventual public release of classified UFO files by both the U.S. and USSR.

In a speech before the United Nations General Assembly on September 20, 1963, President Kennedy said:

President John F. Kennedy signed National Security Memorandum no. 263 which ordered 1000 American advisors home from Vietnam by December 25, 1963, and that the remainder of the U.S. Military be withdrawn by 1965. An action with Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson disapproved of.

After JFK's assassination LBJ signed National Security Resolution no. 273 which completely reversed JFK's plan for complete withdrawal from Vietnam and instead escalated the massive military buildup in Vietnam.

1963 NOV 12 - Kennedy sends memo to NASA for "Cooperation with the USSR on Outer Space Matters”
President Kennedy issued National Security Action Memorandum (NSAM) No. 271 on November 12, 1963. The subject header was "Cooperation with the USSR on Outer Space Matters,” memo unclassified to NASA administrator James Webb (33° Freemason) expressing a desire for cooperation with the former Soviet Union on mutual 'outer space matters'.

1963 NOV 12 - President Kennedy sends a TOP SECRET MEMO to CIA requesting the release of information on UFOs

Kennedy issued a Top Secret Memorandum to the Director of the CIA, John McCone. Dated the same day of November 12, 1963 the subject header of the file was: “Classification review of all UFO intelligence files affecting National Security.”

Kennedy issued an ultimatum to MJ-12 to dismantle the illegal drug trade and that he planned to publicly reveal the extraterrestrial presence, end the dependence on the Federal Reserve and stop the Vietnam War.

Requesting the CIA to share UFO files with NASA, would in turn lead to its sharing this information with the State Department and other agencies as stipulated in NSAM 271. Kennedy was, therefore, directly confronting the CIA over its ultimate control of classified UFO files.

 

 

These requests by Kennedy represented the trigger to execute the MJ-12 assassination directive written previously by Allen Dulles

His memorandum to the CIA was relayed to James Jesus Angleton who controlled access to the most highly classified UFO files in the U.S, and was in direct communications with MJ-12 Angleton followed a Top Secret/ MJ-12 set of directives. One of the secret directives, revealed in the leaked partially burned Top Secret/ MJ-12 document forensically dated to 1961, was a cryptic assassination directive. In case any senior U.S. official did not cooperate with MJ-12, the directive sanctioned political assassination. The leaked document is smoking gun evidence that former CIA Director Allen Dulles was involved in drafting and approving along with six other MJ-12 members a cryptic “assassination directive. ” The MJ-12 “assassination directive” was later implemented by Angleton in response to President Kennedy’s November 12, 1963 request to the CIA to release classified UFO files.

Dulles’ draft document was addressed to six members of MJ-12 requesting comments and their approval. It had clear instructions that under no circumstances would any U.S. President or his national security staff be briefed or given access to classified UFO files.

In short, the two memoranda Kennedy issued on November 12, would ensure that access to classified UFO files would be extended to more government agencies, ultimately resulting in direct Presidential access. Direct access had been denied to him by McCone’s predecessor, Allen Dulles, who retired as DCI in November 1961. Dulles had engineered a means by which he could still deny Kennedy access to UFO information, even though he was out of office.

Kennedy’s explosive Top Secret November 12, 1963 memo to the CIA Director was relayed by William Colby, then (Deputy) Chief of the CIA's Far East Division, to James Angleton in CIA counterintelligence. It was Angleton who had been given the authority to implement “Project Environment” by the MJ-12 Group if the operations were threatened. The trigger for implementing the Directive was a demand by the Kennedy administration for the CIA to release its classified UFO files.

Response from Colby: Angleton has MJ directive 11/ 20/ 63

On the bottom of Kennedy’s Memorandum to the CIA, next to the signature space appears the following handwriting: "Response from Colby: Angleton has MJ directive 11/ 20/ 63" William Colby is acknowledging that Angleton, two days before Kennedy’s assassination, had the MJ directive – the burned document – and would use it to respond to Kennedy’s Memorandum. This handwriting directly implicates the MJ-12 Group and Angleton in the Kennedy assassination due to the cryptic MJ-12 assassination directive.

Smoking Gun evidence for CIA involvement in the Kennedy Assassination arrived in 2007 with the explosive confession by a former CIA agent, E. Howard Hunt.

Howard Hunt is best known for his role in the Watergate burglary In one of the Nixon tapes, the disgraced former President discussed Hunt’s importance insofar as he had information that could blow open what really happened in the Kennedy Assassination. Nixon told H.R. Haldeman:

"Very bad, to have this fellow Hunt, ah, you know, ah, it's, he, he knows too damn much and he was involved, we happen to know that. And that it gets out that the whole, this is all involved in the Cuban thing, that it's a fiasco, and it's going to make the FBI, ah CIA look bad, it's going to make Hunt look bad, and it's likely to blow the whole, uh, Bay of Pigs thing which we think would be very unfortunate for CIA and for the country at this time, and for American foreign policy, and he just better tough it and lay it on them."

Howard Hunt confessed on tape to his son, who summarized his father’s involvement in the Kennedy Assassination as follows:

"In 1963 my father and Frank Sturgis met with David Morales, a contract killer for the CIA, at a safe house in Miami. Morales explained that he had been picked by Bill Harvey, a rogue and unstable CIA agent with a long history of black ops, for a secret “off the board” assignment. It was Morales’ understanding that this project was coming down through a chain of command starting with vice-President Lyndon Johnson. All these men shared common ground: a hatred for Kennedy. He was dangerous to their vision of America’s political future, and had abandoned them in their time of need by refusing to bail out the Bay of Pigs fiasco."

Support for Hunt’s reference to Johnson comes from Roger Stone, a Republican strategist. He claims that Lydon Johnson (33° Freemason) micromanaged all aspects of Kennedy’s route through Dallas, and ensured he would pass through Dealey Plaza. In his book, The Man who Killed Kennedy - the case against LBJ,' Stone concludes that Johnson set up the Kennedy Assassination.

The role of Vice-President Johnson in the Kennedy Assassination is significant. Johnson had accompanied Kennedy on his White Sands Missile Range visit earlier in June, 1963. If Kennedy had received a classified UFO briefing, then it is significant that Johnson was there. Was Kennedy including Johnson to keep him in the loop? Or, more likely, was Johnson working with MJ-12 to monitor Kennedy’s activities? Remeber it was Johnson who had visited the hospital suite of James Forrestal in May 1949, against the Forrestal's wishes. Johnson appeared to be working with a group of officials to silence Forrestal. That group, as we now know, was MJ-12. This suggests that Lyndon Johnson had, by 1963, been a congressional asset for MJ-12 for at least 14 years. Saint John Hunt goes on to describe how his father learned of the target for the “off the board” assignment being discussed by this band of Kennedy haters: “Well, I asked them what this assignment was.” Sturgis looked at Morales and then at my father and calmly said: “Killing that son of a bitch Kennedy.”

The principal figure in recruiting the team of trained CIA assassins, according to Hunt, was a CIA agent, Cord Meyer. According to Saint John Hunt: Cord Myer had his own reason to hate John Kennedy. His ex-wife Mary was one of Kennedy’s numerous mistresses…. After the assassination, Mary Myer was mysteriously murdered and her personal diary stolen from her apartment, allegedly by James Angleton, chief spook of counterintelligence.

Once again, as in the case of Marilyn Monroe, we have a reference to Angleton spying on former mistresses of President Kennedy, and their diaries vanishing after their mysterious deaths.

According to Howard Hunt’s version of events, the Kennedy Assassination was codenamed the “Big Event,” and was approved up an official chain of command. The “Big Event” was not a rogue operation. Kennedy’s assassination by a hit team organized by CIA assets, directly implicates CIA counterintelligence. Ensuring Oswald’s participation in the Kennedy assassination, no matter how minimal, provided a powerful rationale for preventing a thorough investigation of the Kennedy assassination. As a former communist defector, Angleton and the CIA could persuasively argue that Oswald’s involvement directly implicated the USSR. This allowed the CIA to successfully argue to the Warren Commission, through Allen Dulles (33° Freemason) who was a member, that a thorough investigation was too dangerous. If the Soviet Union was implicated, it risked nuclear war. Historians who view the CIA as complicit in Kennedy’s assassination point to the CIA’s role in covert operations in Vietnam as the reason why the CIA wanted Kennedy’s removal from office. Col. Fletcher Prouty, in his highly documented book, JFK: The CIA, Vietnam and the Plot to Assassinate John F. Kennedy, reveals that Kennedy was attempting to end the CIA’s influence over covert operations.

The assassination of President Kennedy was the direct result of his efforts to gain access to the CIA’s control of classified UFO files.

Unknown to Kennedy, a set of secret MJ-12 directives issued by his former CIA Director, Allen Dulles. It was James Angleton (Knight of Malta) who gave the orders for assembling a CIA hit team, assisted by Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson (33° Freemason), that would assassinate President Kennedy in accord with a set of cryptic instructions he had received from MJ-1 Allen Dulles in late 1961.

1963 NOV 22 - President John F. Kennedy is murdered in Texas
This marked the beginning of complete MJ-12/ Corporate control over the U.S. government, and much of the intelligence community.

 

1963 NOV 24 - Lee Harvey Oswald, the alleged lone gunman assassin of JFK, who declared, "I didn't shoot anybody" and, "They've taken me in because of the fact that I lived in the Soviet Union. I'm just a patsy!", is shot to death before he could be put on trial by Jack Ruby (Freemason). Jack Ruby was quoted saying that the assassination was "an act of overthrowing the government" and that he knew "who had President Kennedy killed." He added: "I am doomed. I do not want to die. But I am not insane. I was framed to kill Oswald.". Ruby died later from what he stated was an injected cancer into his body.
